industry veterans Loretta Wickenden and Todd Rahmes. Latilla provides
operational risk management software and consulting services to
organizations worldwide.
Our
software solutions are developed by people who have been involved in the
financial industry since the 1970s. Their experience, coupled with close

C4i
Operations Performance Manager extracts data from disparate systems
and actively monitors for potential operational risk events in order to
aid the qualitative and quantitative assessment of operational risk. It
recognizes and intercepts exceptions based on user-configurable rules and
alerts the relevant personnel so that potential problems can be
identified and resolved. C4i's exception monitoring need not be confined
to processing errors: it can alert users to any activities that might
lead to increased operational risks such as periods of high volume,
unconfirmed transactions, or reduced systems performance.
