SILICON VALLEY, California, July 23, 2004 - Latilla LLC and Braintree Pty Limited today announced a strategic alliance directed at developing the Asia Pacific market for Latilla's C4i™ Ops Risk Manager, and C4i™ Business Process Manager. Based in Sydney, Australia, Braintree Pty Limited will be providing marketing, pre-sales support, sales and ongoing support services for Latilla, and will work with Latilla to identify product demand, specific market requirements and opportunities. As the market is established, Braintree Pty Limited will also assist Latilla in building its own development, sales and support teams in the Asia Pacific region.
